Okay sooo, After playing way too much Mass Effect 3, and totally procrastinating on my cosplays, (Can it wait for a bit? I'm in the middle of some calibrations.)

I decided to try this sit pattern I found here on DA.
He's made of mainly fleece, with his armor made out of felt, and bits of hot glue.
All he's missing is his visor and facepaint.

I don't own Garrus! (Wish I did...) :iconhurrhurrplz: or Mass Effect.
This is purely fan-art :)
